    This testing machine is used to determine the compressive strength of building materials such as bricks, stones, and concrete.

    This testing machine complies with the standard "Standard for Test Methods of Mechanical Properties of Ordinary Concrete." It features computer-controlled loading speed, a loading speed indicator, peak hold function, and overload protection. It is an essential testing and inspection equipment for construction, building materials, highway and bridge engineering units.

III. Structural Overview

The testing machine mainly consists of three parts: the main body, solenoid valves, and the computer control panel.

1. Main Body Section

The main body of the testing machine is connected by four columns linking the cylinder and the upper beam.

An adjustment screw is installed on the upper beam of the testing machine. The reducer and nut screw can adjust the no-load height of the testing machine. The lower end of the screw is equipped with a ball seat and the upper pressure plate. The lower pressure plate is placed on the piston of the oil cylinder. When the specimen contacts the upper pressure plate, the ball seat of the upper pressure plate can self-adjust for balance, ensuring the specimen remains level with the upper and lower pressure plates. The lower pressure plate is engraved with positioning lines for the specimen. During testing, the specimen must be aligned with these lines. A dust cover is installed below the lower pressure plate to prevent or reduce dust from entering the oil cylinder during piston movement, which could damage the cylinder or oil seal. A sealing device is installed between the piston and the oil cylinder to prevent oil leakage. However, if a minimal amount of oil leaks during use, an annular oil groove at the top of the cylinder and an oil discharge channel will direct the oil back to the main tank.

2. Hydraulic Section

The hydraulic system of this testing machine mainly consists of an oil tank, oil pump, oil filter, motor, and solenoid valves. The oil pump is a direct-drive axial five-pillar pump. The safety valve has been pre-set to an appropriate position during factory shipment. Users should not adjust the safety valve under normal usage conditions.
